The machine tool USES the principle of edM spinneret to produce high-precision, high-finish precision microholes. It is used for processing precise microholes of various types of injector parts. The range of precision circular microholes is generally within ¢0.1~¢0.5mm. The machine is made of round slender wire electronic spinneret. The servo feed and loss compensation of spinneret are realized by using the refeed mechanism with slender wire electrode. Deionized water working liquid is generally used for processing. The machine consists of a main engine, an electric control box and a working fluid system. The electric control box is composed of industrial control machine, high frequency pulse power supply for micro finishing machining, servo control unit and electrical components of machine tool.
